We are pleased to offer financing through CareCredit, enabling you to manage the costs of your care with flexible payment options. CareCredit can be used to finance all or part of your procedures, giving you the ability to choose a payment plan that fits your budget.

We encourage you to explore various financing options to find the one that best suits your financial needs. 

Insurance: 

We are out-of-network with all insurance carriers and do not participate in any in-network agreements. To facilitate your access to care, all service fees—including consultations and surgical procedures—must be paid directly to our office by you. However, as a service for you, we are committed to expertly and proficiently filing prior-authorizations and claims to your carrier and assign any reimbursement they may approve directly to you.  

While we do not accept HMOs, Medicare, or state Medicaid programs (such as Medi-Cal in California), we are equipped to handle claims and prior authorization requests for the following PPOs: 

  • United Healthcare 
  • Anthem Blue Cross CA 
  • Aetna 
  • Blue Shield CA 
  • Cigna 
  • Other non-California based BlueCross/BlueShield entities 

Important Note: We strive to ensure you receive the maximum reimbursement possible; however, the specific benefits of your out-of-network plan will ultimately determine the reimbursement you receive, if any at all. You will be solely responsible for all agreed-upon fees regardless of claim approval and regardless of any unreimbursed amounts. 

Expert Insurance Advocacy Services: 

For more complex prior authorization and claims issues, including denial of benefits or under-reimbursement, we have established a partnership with an independent third-party health insurance advocate. This expert is available to assist you in securing the maximum possible reimbursement from your managed care plan. Should they successfully aid in your reimbursement, a modest fee will be applicable and payable directly to them as they are separate from our practice. If they are unsuccessful, you will not be charged for their services.
